Scope of Work
The project encompasses:

• Hazardous Materials Removal: The identification and abatement of hazardous substances within the targeted buildings and equipment, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Structural Separation: The selective separation of structures to be demolished from those to remain operational or preserved for future use.
• Demolition Operations: A combination of methods tailored to the size, construction type, and proximity of the structures to active facilities within the steel mill.

Demolition Techniques
Delsan-AIM employs a range of demolition methods to ensure safety, precision, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations:

1. Selective Demolition: Mobile cranes and other equipment are used to carefully lower buildings to a safe height for further dismantling.
2. Bulk Demolition: High-reach and regular boom excavators equipped with specialized attachments, such as shears, grapples, and pulverizers, are used to dismantle larger structures.
3. Control-Drop Methods: For certain structures, engineered procedures are implemented to mechanically drop them in a controlled manner, minimizing risk and ensuring safety.
